The $513 million IDB-IIC Federal Credit Union in Washington hired William L. Lusk, Jr. as president/CEO. Lusk has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with more than half in senior management roles, including most recently as COO and CFO at the $2 billion, Atlanta-based Georgia's Own Credit Union. Lusk succeeds Bruce A. Cameron, who will retire on March 20, 2016 after 28 years of service at IDB-IIC.

The $2.8 billion Redwood Credit Union in Santa Rosa, Calif., hired Richard Parsons as mortgage loan officer. Parsons brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to the position. He'll work closely with the local real estate community to raise visibility of RCU home loan programs and guide members toward appropriate home loan options.
Tariq Johnson, a financial consultant with the $1.1 billion Altura Credit Union in Riverside, Calif., was named a Rising Star by the editorial staff of Bank Investment Consultant magazine. Johnson is a financial consultant with CUSO Financial Services, L.P., which partners with Altura to provide investment services for Altura members. The eight Rising Stars of the Bank Channel are all under age 30 and have been in the investment consulting business less than five years.
MIDWEST
The $1.7 billion Royal Credit Union in Eau Claire, Wis., hired Sheila Kohls as business process improvement manager at the corporate center. Kohls will be responsible for providing project management support, while working with team members to improve work processes. She brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology through various roles from network administrator to IT director.
Robin Frucci, president/CEO of the $600 million LAFCU in Lansing, Mich., is retiring on March 31, 2016, ending a credit union career that spanned more than 30 years. Frucci began his career in lending at LAFCU in the 1980s. In 1995, he was named president/CEO of the $342 million OMNI Family Credit Union, now OMNI Community Credit Union, in Battle Creek, Mich. In 2005 he rejoined LAFCU as president/CEO.
The $825 million SPIRE Credit Union in Falcon Heights, Minn., promoted Kelly Vold to Maple Grove branch manager. Vold has nearly 10 years of financial services experience, including leadership positions at two subsequent banks before being hired by SPIRE as Maple Grove branch manager.
The $2.9 billion Veridian Credit Union in Waterloo, Iowa hired two employees.
Meagan Reiter was hired as credit analyst. Reiter was previously a credit analyst at Community Bank and Trust. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate.
Seth Koenen was hired as mortgage lending servicing supervisor. Koenen was previously a loss mitigation supervisor at Ocwen Financial, LLC. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor's degree in finance.
SOUTH
The $2 billion Atlanta Postal Credit Union in Atlanta hired Michael J. Wright as vice president of payment services. Wright will oversee the management of APCU's card services department. Previously, he served as assistant vice president of payments and operations support at the $4.9 billion Delta Community Credit Union in Atlanta. Wright brings more than 20 years of management experience to the position.
The $9.2 billion Security Service Federal Credit Union in San Antonio hired Janet Ann Parcenue as manager of commercial credit underwriting. Parcenue is now responsible for monitoring commercial loan policies, procedures and compliance, maintaining service levels of support for commercial loan production, best practice monitoring and strategic planning.

United Solutions Company hired Sajed Khan as chief information officer. Khan will help run the expansion of the data center and continue to ensure network operations security. Khan comes to United Solutions after leading as chief technology officer at Ogilvy & Mather, the Cook County Sherriff's Department and most recently, Omnicom Media Group.
