The NCUA board will conduct its final meeting of the year on Thursday. The event will be streamed live online; the NCUA will provide a live feed link on the main page of its website shortly before the meeting begins at 10 a.m. Eastern time.

The agenda includes notices and requests for comment on the Economic Growth Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act regulatory review. The EGRPRA requires federal banking regulatory agencies to review their existing regulations once every 10 years in an effort to eliminate unnecessary regulatory burden.

Additionally, the NCUA will vote on the final rule for adding share insurance coverage for lawyers' trust accounts and other similar escrow accounts.

At 11 a.m., the board will conduct a closed door meeting to review a supervisory action as well as a briefing on a supervisory matter, according to the schedule.
