Santa Claus recently paid a visit to American Heritage Federal Credit Union to help kick off its fundraising season.

Attendees struck a pose and purchased their pictures with the big man in red.

"It really was a magical night. The kids were in amazement to see Santa, the parents were thrilled because they weren't waiting in long lines at the mall, and our volunteer staff — they were just great," Flora Caranci, senior vice president of human resources at the $1.6 billion credit union based in Philadelphia. "I am so happy to report that we raised over $1,000 from this event to benefit the CHOP Garden."
