The NCUA announced Monday it will host a free, "Fair Lending and HMDA Compliance," webinar on Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. ET.
NCUA Office of Consumer Protection Director Gail Laster and Deputy Director Matthew Biliouris, along with their staff, will cover best practices that could assist credit unions of all sizes with fair lending compliance.
During the webinar, Laster and Biliouris will also provide an overview of the NCUA's fair lending examination program. Home Mortgage Disclosure Act reporting requirements for credit unions and common reporting errors will also be discussed at the webinar.
