Let's not forget the growing importance of online banking and bill pay. (CU Times Jan. 14 article, "PSCU's Kelly Sees Promise in 'Uberfication' of Payments").

Yes, we need mobile or even ["social, mobile, analytics and cards"] to keep a "card top of wallet," but credit unions also need full-featured online banking and bill pay services to keep the customer.

As a customer of a credit union and a national bank, I see, every day, the differences in the online interface and services provided by both and my credit union often fall short.

The bank/credit union that provides me with the best online experience will keep my business and only then can it be in contention for my purchases.
