The $1 billion CAP COM Federal Credit Union in Albany, N.Y., has named Edward M. Glenning as its vice president of information technology. Glenning has 25 years of information technology management experience, most recently serving as senior vice president for advanced monitoring solutions at Bank of America, where he managed an Albany-based team of global engineers that supported business and monitoring technology integrations, system conversions and data center consolidations.
The $259 million First New York Federal Credit Union in Albany, N.Y., has promoted four employees to the position of assistant vice president. Steven Snyder has been with First New York for five years and was named assistant vice president – collections. Kelly Pauley has been with the credit union since May 2011 and is now assistant vice president – operations. Timothy DeLollo has been with First New York for six years and is now assistant vice president – facilities, and Terri Clasen, who has been with the credit union for 23 years, is now assistant vice president – human resources.
The $376 million People's Credit Union in Middletown, R.I., has promoted Courtney Hunter to sales and marketing manager. She will oversee the daily activities of the Sales & Marketing Department, including sales and marketing campaigns and executing marketing strategy through all the credit union's sales channels. She is also responsible for the credit union's community sponsorships and donations, events and public relations activities. She joined the credit union in 2002 as an assistant branch manager.
The $728 million Point Breeze Credit Union in Hunt Valley, Md., has named Kim Mangrum as its vice president of retail services. Mangrum will oversee retail business functions at the credit union's three branches in Hunt Valley, Bel Air and Rosedale and its call center. She also is charged with continuing the development of the credit union's sales and service culture as well as strategic initiatives, including new product development, technology upgrades and improvements, and possible expansion. Prior to joining Point Breeze, Mangrum held positions at Capital One, Bank of America and T. Rowe Price.
MIDWEST
The $99 million Associated Healthcare Credit Union in St. Paul, Minn., has designated Judy (Root) Greff as a Credit Union Builder through the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation in recognition of her more than 30 years of credit union service as she retired on Dec. 31. Greff led AHCU through its merger with Bluestone Federal Credit Union, which she had served as president from 1994 to 2011. She also had been manager of NSP Highbridge Credit Union and president of MTC Employees Credit Union.
The $1.8 billion Dow Chemical Employees' Credit Union in Midland, Mich., has hired Nick Eisentraut as its loss prevention manager. He will be responsible for supervising employees in DCECU's loss prevention department and will oversee the resolution and repayment of delinquent accounts, and will receive ongoing education and training on evolving state and federal regulations. Eisentraut has more than 15 years of industry experience at companies such as Ford Motor Credit Company and Barclays Bank PLC and holds insurance licenses in the areas of health, life, property and casualty.

The $173 million St. Helens Community Federal Credit Union in St. Helens, Ore., has promoted Steve Jensen from director of business services to the newly created position of chief credit officer. He now is responsible for the credit union's mortgage lending programs and asset recovery department. Jensen joined SHCU earlier this year after nearly 25 years of related experience, including serving in key leadership roles with Sterling Savings Bank and Key Bank and helping small businesses along the Oregon coast.
The $3.8 billion Ent Federal Credit Union in Colorado Springs, Colo., has hired Schwan Hardi as its director of internal audit. Hardi has 10 years of credit union experience in internal audit, fraud and compliance, most recently as director of risk management for Credit Union of Colorado. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Regis University and holds the designations of Certified Fraud Examiner, Credit Union Compliance Expert and Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert.
The $940 million Columbia Credit Union in Vancouver, Wash., has named Paul Stednitz as vice president of branch services. Stednitz will lead the strategic development and management of the credit union's 12 retail branches to drive maximum productivity, sales, service and growth. Stednitz has more than 20 years of industry experience, including serving as a regional vice president and regional manager for Northwest financial institutions.
