Lisa Corvo will join the $205 million New Horizons Credit Union as its new president/CEO Jan. 1, 2015.

She will replace Robert Dobilas, president/CEO of the Mobile, Ala.-based cooperative, who will retire Dec. 31, Gerald Easley, New Horizons board chair, wrote in a prepared statement.

Corvo most recently served as the EVP of Bonds Capital Group.

She was employed with the $2 billion Corporate America Credit Union in Irondale, Ala., from 2005 to 2012 as vice president of national relations and served as president of Alabama Central Business Development from 2004 to 2005.

Prior to that, Corvo worked at the $645 million Alabama Credit Union in Tuscaloosa, the $130 million Alabama Central Credit Union in Birmingham and the Alabama Credit Union League, according to New Horizons.
