Chatter Yak! has launched a new service to help credit unions with their social media projects.

The service, called social media chats, are live interactive webinars that will cover social media basics, content creation and curation, compliance, engagement, campaigns and best practices, according to Chatter Yak!, a CUSO specializing in social media, marketing, branding and website development.

Each webinar will include training to help participants apply what they've learned. The webcasts also will feature new tools, apps and a Q&A session, the Oshkosh, Wis.-based Chatter Yak! said.

Social media chats will cover two topics every month. Subscribers will have the option of attending one of two time slots for each session.
