Rob Hatefi was appointed president/CEO of the $166 million Coca-Cola Company Family Federal Credit Union in Atlanta.

Hatefi replaced interim President/CEO Maggie Shane who retired from the Coca-Cola Co., after 32 years of service, according to a statement from Coca-Cola Family FCU.

Hatefi has more than 30 years of experience in the credit union industry, including 20 years working in executive management.

Most recently, he served as president/CEO of the $103 million Nizari Progressive Federal Credit Union in Sugar Land, Texas.

Hatefi is a graduate of Abbot Loop College, in Springfield, Ore., where he majored in pastoral studies and theology. He is also a graduate of CUES University.

Chartered in 1965, Coca-Cola Family FCU serves more than 14,000 members.
