Sunmark Federal Credit Union President/CEO Bruce Beaudette said he plans to retire at the end of the year after more than 28 years of service. He is one of the longest serving CEOs in the Albany, N.Y., region, the $419 million, Latham-based cooperative said in a prepared statement. Beaudette led the organization’s growth from one branch and eight employees to 10 branches and 185 employees. As the third largest credit union in the Albany area, Sunmark serves more than 48,000 members. Following Beaudette’s retirement, Frank DeGraw, Sunmark’s EVP, will serve as interim president /CEO while the board of directors conducts a national search for a permanent CEO.
