To accommodate the growth of its operations center, Lending Solutions Inc. said it has acquired an additional 4,000 square feet of office space.
The Elgin, Ill.-based provider of contact center and lending services for credit unions said the new space is connected to its company's headquarters and comes just after the two-year anniversary of the grand opening of its second contact center in Naperville, Ill.
The company cited the growth of several key areas in leading to the need for additional space including: Indirect lending, mobile loan applications, collections services and outbound marketing campaigns.
“Our strategy has always been one of controlled growth in order to ensure our service levels and quality of service remains at their peaks,” Lee Kolquist, CEO of Lending Solutions said.
The company said it serves more than 300 financial institutions, including credit unions, banks and mortgage lenders, through its lending and member service contact center.
