Banned from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution was Melissa, Rae Rosing, a former employee of the $14.8 million Southwest Communities Federal Credit Union in Carnegie, Pa.
In 2013, she received probation and was ordered to pay $25,046.50 in restitution on theft, bad check and other charges.
