The development of future women leaders is not just a women's issue. In the video above a few of the men who attended the Women in Leadership Colloquium shared their thoughts on why participation in this event was an industry must. 

Leaders, men and women alike, were invited to join Filene and the  World Council of Credit Unions at the University of Southern California on June 19 for the unveiling of the results of a year-long study that investigated the challenges and opportunities faced by women at every level in credit unions, both in the United States and around the world.
