The $66 million Sterling United Federal Credit Union in Evansville, Ind., will convert to the Sharetec core processing system through Bradford-Scott Data Corp. in Indianapolis.

The 10,100-member Sterling United cited automation and streamlining in its decision, according to Bradford-Scott, one of the four regional distributor-owners of Sharetec Systems of Lino Lakes, Ill.

Sterling United currently runs core software from Electronic Recordkeeping Services Inc. of Fishers, Ind., according to data from Callahan & Associates.

There currently are about 300 credit unions running on Sharetec.
