Executive compensation and benefits consultancy Burns-Fazzi, Brock in Charlotte, N.C., said Monday it acquired Executive Compensation Solutions in Covina, Calif.
Terms were not announced but the BFB announcement said ECS clients will be served from the company's Charlotte headquarters, as well as its corporate offices in Ogden, Utah, and suburban Los Angeles, and field offices across the country.
"Our expanded footprint and increased operational efficiencies will translate into unparalleled service for all of our clients, coast-to-coast. ECS clients will have access to BFB's wide range of solutions, industry-leading client service, administration and compliance monitoring," said David Frankil, BFB president.
