It's all a matter of leagues to the Foggie family in New Jersey, one for credit unions and the other for the best women basketball players in the country.
Christina Foggie, daughter of New Jersey Credit Union League compliance director Nicola Foggie, was a second-round draft pick this week by the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA.
This after serving as an intern with the New Jersey league, and finishing her hoops career at Vanderbilt University as the season's top scorer in the rugged Southeastern Conference at 19 points a game.

To the basketball world, she's a 5-foot-9 senior guard from Mount Laurel, N.J. "As a parent, all you want is for your children to be happy," Nicola Foggie told The Daily Exchange, the New Jersey's league newsletter. "We wanted this for her because we know how hard she has worked over the years and the sacrifices she's made to get to this point. It is really nice to see when your kid's hard work and dedication pays off and the dream they strive for actually comes true."
Christina Foggie was the 24th overall pick and the first player from the SEC to be selected in the draft and is scheduled to graduate in May with a degree in organizational development.
In addition to a stellar basketball career, she spent time interning at the New Jersey league's marketing department, helping with reality fairs and other events, the league said.
