The $551 million Postal Credit Union in Woodbury, Minn., offered up cake and financial services at the first-anniversary celebration for its student credit union at Tartan High School in Oakdale. The staff also talked up its "Money Talks" financial literacy classes. The first series of student-led sessions was held in November and another in February. Students who complete it and pass a final exam receive $100.
