Joanne Nadeau has been promoted to vice president of human resources and education at Service Credit Union in Portsmouth, N.H. She had been vice president of education and assumed additional duties after the retirement of Vice President of Human Resources Fred Curley after more than 40 years there.
Robert Andrade has announced his retirement from Pawtucket Credit Union in Pawtucket, R.I., where he began his career as office manager in 1972 and rose to executive vice president and chief operating officer.

He has more than 20 years of financial services experience, including the past four as controller at Jerome J. Parks Companies in Annapolis, Md. Todd Gustafson has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of Georgia United Credit Union after joining the Duluth, Ga., credit union in April 2012 as chief financial officer. Prior to that he was senior vice president and CFO at Baxter Credit Union in Illinois. Also at Georgia United, Eric Jenkins is the new vice president of operations and Mike London has joined as vice president of lending. Jenkins had been chief operating officer at CU Partner Link and London had been assistant vice president of consumer credit services at Delta Community Credit Union.
Beach Municipal Federal Credit Union in Virginia Beach, Va., has elected Nianza E. Wallace II, Robert W. Hall and Joelle Talbot to its Board of Directors, joining Kitty Hill, Bill Meador, Lois Ritger and Charity Stone.
Bill Rissel is retiring from Fort Knox Federal Credit Union in Radcliff, Ky., after 23 years at the helm. He will be succeeded by Ray Springsteen, currently the Kentucky credit union's executive vice president and formerly with Service Credit Union in New Hampshire and Callahan & Associates in Washington, D.C.
South Florida Educational Federal Credit Union in Miami has named David D'Annunzio as its new chief financial officer and vice president of finance. He has nearly 10 years of credit union experience, most recently as CFO of Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union in Charleston, S.C.
MIDWEST
Lana Kripes has been named CEO of Community Trust Credit Union in Gurnee, Ill. She has 29 years of banking experience and most recently was vice president at Pioneer West Virginia Credit Union in Charleston, W.Va. She succeeds CTCU President Madeline Lipka, who is retiring after 25 years of service and moving to Arizona.
Charlene P. Augustyn of Grand Rapids, Mich., has retired after a quarter century on the board of Credit Union ONE in Ferndale, Mich. She began her affiliation with Credit Union ONE in 1988 when it merged with her then-employer, St. Matthew's Credit Union in Grand Rapids. She joined the Credit Union ONE board in 1989 and served on numerous committees over the years.
Royal Credit Union in Eau Claire, Wis., has named Kristine Voller as vice president of business loans and services. She joins RCU with 24 years of experience that includes most recently serving as a home mortgage loan consultant at Wells Fargo in Rochester, Minn.
WEST
Patsy Van Ouwerkerk will retire this summer as president/CEO of Travis Credit Union in Vacaville, Calif., after 38 years of service. She will be succeeded by Barry Nelson, TCU's current executive vice president.
Solano First Federal Credit Union in Fairfield, Calif., has announced that CEO Russell Hatch is retiring after 30 years at the helm there and 40 years in the industry. He plans to move to Georgia. He will be succeeded by Michael Warrell, who comes to Solano First from Smart Financial Credit Union in Houston, where he was chief operating office/senior vice president of member service.
Kate Himes has been named vice president of asset recovery for Security Service Federal Credit Union in San Antonio. With 20 years' experience, Himes most recently was vice president of loan servicing with Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, Calif.
Fred Loranger has been hired as vice president of sales and service at Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union in Houston. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently as a branch retail executive with BBVA Compass Bank.
