To provide its members with a one-stop option for their insurance needs, evolve Federal Credit Union has made plans to open an insurance agency.
The $305 million credit union in El Paso, Texas, has partnered with Insuritas, an East Windsor, Conn.-based provider of turnkey insurance agencies, to make it happen, according to Insuritas.
“We wanted to provide our members with all the insurance options they might need in a one stop shopping solution,” said Ken Walters, president/CEO of evolve FCU.
Insuritas said it will provide the credit union with a full-service insurance agency that is scheduled to be operational in by the end of April.
The credit union serves more than 40,000 members.
