The $172 million SageLink Credit Union in Durand, Mich., has decided to convert to the NewSolutions core processing system from Share One in Memphis, Tenn., the company and credit union said.

The 19,000-member SageLink cited the need to be able to improve member service by integrating third-party software to handle such functions as new account openings, loan applications and mobile remote deposit checking in its decision to change vendors.

"We knew our system was outdated so we were careful to perform the due diligence necessary to ensure that we selected the right core system that would help us become more efficient with both our member facing and back office processes," said Anna Wilson, SageLink president/CEO.
