The League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates has moved its office to the Credit Union Center in Tallahassee, which also houses Corporate One, Member Business Solutions and CU Members Mortgage.
“Once we sell our existing property in Tallahassee, we will see significant savings,” said LSCU & Affiliates President/CEO Patrick La Pine. “We signed a new lease for our Birmingham (Alabama) office that downsizes our existing space and provides a better rate. These two moves will show about $2 million in savings over seven years.”
The Birmingham office will also see leaseholder improvements by the end of the first quarter of 2014. The new LSCU & Affiliates office's address is 3692 Coolidge Court, Tallahassee, FL 32311.
