The $298 million Picatinny FCU in Rockaway Township, N.J., recently raised nearly $7,500 at its annual golf outing, donating the proceeds to the Capt. Sean P. Grimes Memorial Scholarship Fund. Grimes was killed in Iraq several years ago, the credit union said, and the fund is used to help pay for scholarships for military people pursuing training as physician's assistants, who often serve in critical roles for American troops in combat situations.
