The $1.7 billion Founders Federal Credit Union in Lancaster, S.C., has named Pam Gilmore to the newly created position of vice president, eCommerce.

Gilmore, who joined the credit union in 1991 as a clerk, will be responsible for service strategies and support for plastic cards, EFT, ATMs, ATMs, electronic deposits/debits and digital banking for the 197,200-member credit union.

In 2000, Gilmore was promoted to vice president, Visa Operations, and in 2009 became vice president, Card Services/EFT.

Founders was founded in 1950 in Fort Mill, S.C., to serve employees of the former Springs Industries Inc. and now has 23 offices and three service centers in North and South Carolina.
