The $5.3 billion Alaska USA Federal Credit Union has opened a branch in Bellingham, the cooperative's 26th location in the state of Washington.
Just last month, Anchorage-based Alaska USA opened a branch in Silverdale, Wash.
The branch is inside a Haggen Store in the Sehome Village shopping center in south Bellingham. The branch offers a full range of credit union services, including a depository, 24-hour ATM, and a self-service center. It will be open seven days a week and most holidays, Alaska USA said.
