The $1.1 billion Credit Union of Texas has promoted Tom Bieker to vice president of information services, succeeding the retired Mike High.
Bieker has more than 25 years of IT experience, including the past nine at Credit Union of Texas. He was promoted from technical planning manager, responsible for design, installation and support for all infrastructure projects, as well as technical planning for all IT projects, information systems and specialized technical areas.
“Tom has been an integral part of our technology group for quite some time,” said John Lederer, CEO of Credit Union of Texas. “I am confident that under his leadership the credit union will continue its efforts to seek out and provide cutting-edge technology to our members.”
High announced his retirement in August, the 139,900-member Dallas-based credit union said in its announcement.
