The $776 million St. Mary's Bank of Manchester, N.H., recently named Nancy Boilard its indirect business development officer. Boilard will work to increase the nation's first credit union's indirect lending portfolio, developing new contacts and maintaining current relationships with participating dealers. Boilard most recently was indirect lending manager at the $882 million Northeast Credit Union in Portsmouth, N.H., where she oversaw the dealer funding department, generated new indirect dealer relationships as well as cultivated existing relationships. She also was dealer relationship manager at the $375 million Bellwether Community Credit Union in Manchester, N.H., from 2004 to 2012 and was a consumer loan officer and business development officer at BankNorth Group.

The $2.5 billion Michigan State University Federal Credit Union in East Lansing, Mich., announced the promotions of CPA Sara Dolan to chief financial officer CPA Ronda McCoy to chief lending officer. Dolan has worked at MSUFCU since April 2005 and was previously vice president of finance and adjustments. In her new role, she will analyze strategic initiatives and continue to oversee the finance and adjustments departments. She holds a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Western Michigan University. 

McCoy has been with MSUFCU since April of 2004 and was previously vice president of lending. She also holds a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Western Michigan University. McCoy is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CUES Lending Council and Experian Advisory Council for Credit Unions. 

WEST

The $3.8 billion Ent Federal Credit Union in Colorado Springs, Colo., has named Rick Eddy as manager of accounting. Eddy brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to the role, most recently in Ent's internal audit department. Eddy has his master's degree in accounting and finance from Regis University and is a CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Ent also announced the promotion of Shirley DuVal to mortgage loan officer. DuVal brings five years of financial services experience to her new role, most recently as a lending specialist in Ent's consumer lending department. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and is currently in the MBA program at Colorado Technical University.

The $819 million OSU Federal Credit Union in Corvallis, Ore., announced the promotion of Kari Goodyear from assistant branch manager in the Albany branch to North Albany branch manager. Goodyear came to OSU Federal in 2008 and moved steadily into management roles as an operations supervisor and then to branch management. She has served in financial industry for a total of 11 years starting in Iowa, then to Minnesota and now in Oregon for the past five years. 

SOUTH

The $763 million Texas Trust Credit Union in Mansfield, Texas announced that Abdiel Alvarado, who has two decades of financial reporting, analysis, and controls experience, is the new senior vice president of accounting. Alvarado has extensive experience with financial institutions, mortgage banking companies, and home building firms in key financial management roles. 

Alvarado comes to Texas Trust from the FDIC, where he was a team leader in the securities accounting department, focusing on technical support in bank closings regarding the pricing and accounting of securities. A CPA, Alvarado has an accounting degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University.

VENDORS

A former Wells Fargo executive has joined payments processor The Members Group in the newly created position of vice president of product. Ryan Anderson will oversee strategy and execution for the payment company's product developments and enhancements. He has bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance from Cedarville University and an MBA from Drake University. He was also named a Pew Scholar by the Pew Foundation. 

LenderLive Network Inc., a domestic-based, end-to-end mortgage services provider in Denver, Colo., appointed Bob Crittenden as vice president of sales for its GuardianDocs division. Crittenden brings more than 20 years of industry experience to GuardianDocs and is responsible for overseeing the division's business development. Prior to joining GuardianDocs, Crittenden was a senior account executive for Xerox Business Services. During his tenure, he was responsible for growing revenue and profitability of major and mid-tier accounts within the financial services industry. Crittenden earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga., and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
