The $62 million, 2,700-member Northwest Community Credit Union in Morton Grove, Ill., has named Brian Mann as its vice president/controller.
Mann previously had worked at the $306 million Abri Credit Union in Romeoville, Ill., and the former Mid-States Corporate Credit Union in finance and accounting positions, his new employer said.
“Brian brings a great deal of financial experience with him having worked with both corporate and community-based credit unions for the past 20 years,” Jose Garcia, president/CEO of Northwest Community, said this week in an announcement.
“His proactive approach coupled with his genuine interest in people will make him an invaluable asset to our growing organization,” Garcia said.
Mann is a graduate of Elmhurst College and lives in Aurora, Ill., with his wife and four children.
