CUES said Thursday that Kent Oram, CEO of the $1.4 billion Idaho Central Credit Union, is its 2013 CUES Outstanding Chief Executive.
Oram will be honored at the association's CEO/Executive Team Network event on Nov. 3 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego.
CUES said in its announcement that Oram, who joined Idaho Central in 1986, has led his credit union to achieving some of the fastest growth rates in the country since taking the helm in 2007, while the Pocatello institution was also earning statewide honors as an outstanding workplace.
The group also will honor Lary McCants, president/CEO of the $856 million IBM Southeast Employees' FCU in Boca Raton, Fla., as its newest CUES Hall of Fame inductee. McCants is a longtime board member for Madison, Wis.-based CUES.
