The $180 million MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union of Macon, Ga. recently recognized the recipients of its 2013 Tom Bentley Memorial Scholarship program.

Erin Wolf of Milledgeville, Ga. was awarded the 2013 High School Scholarship. A graduate of Putnam County High School, Ms. Wolf will attend The University of Georgia this fall and major in biochemistry and molecular biology. The high school scholarship is a $4,000 award that is paid to the recipient's college or technical college in installments of $1,000 per year.

Tesia Smith of Macon was awarded the 2013 Continuing Education Scholarship. Ms. Smith, a graduate of Howard High School, is currently earning her degree in Biology at Spelman College. The continuing education scholarship is a $2,000 award that is paid to the recipient's college or technical college in installments of $500 per year.
