The $154 million Mountain Credit Union in Waynesville, N.C., is joining in this year to help the Henderson County Education Foundation help its local schools.
The 20,000-member Mountain CU will be partnering with local businesses to help sell "BOGO" cards from local merchants. Students will sell the cards, featuring offers from local merchants, for $10 each during the coming school year.
The sponsorship will partner Mountain Credit Union with several other community businesses and organizations such as RelyLocal Hendersonville and Park Ridge Health.
