Mike Lee has been named president/CEO of the $185 million Kane County Teachers Credit Union in Elgin, Ill.

Lee, who has been vice president of member relations for the past two years at Alloya Corporate FCU in Warrenville, Ill.,succeeds Craig Bradley, who has retired after 35 years at the helm of the 17,400-member KCT, the credit union said Thursday.

“Mike brings significant credit union and executive management experience. We look forward to writing a new chapter in the credit union's history with him,” Ron Stonebreaker, KCT board chairman, said in the announcement.

Before Alloya was formed in 2011, Lee was president of the Midwest Region, chief membership officer and chief marketing officer for seven years at Members United Corporate FCU, his new employer said, and he also serves on the board of the following organizations: CUES of Illinois, Illinois Credit Union Foundation, Ministry Partners and Ministry Partners Securities.
