The $203 million 1st Financial Federal Credit Union in Wentzville, Mo., has named David Franke as its new chief financial officer.
Franke fills a position that has been open for two years and comes to 1st Financial with more than 20 years of financial services experience, the 34,300-member credit union said. That includes four years as interim CFO at Reliance Bank in St. Louis as well as nearly three years as senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC
“His financial, investment and auditing experience will be a great addition to our executive team and his passion for helping people fits in well with our philosophy,” 1st Financial CEO Carol Minges said in the credit union's announcement.
“I am excited about the opportunity to work with this dynamic management team at 1st Financial … and I am thrilled to be able to contribute to its sound growth and fulfill 1st Financial's mission of helping its members.” Franke said in the announcement.
