The $810 million, 106,000-member Credit Union ONE of Ferndale, Mich., gave an important gift to about 65 kids at the suburban Detroit credit union's Troy branch recently. They were bicycle helmets, property fitted and free of charge in a partnership effort with AAA Insurance of Michigan.
Credit Union ONE's Saving Money is Fun Kids Club also was part of the activities, with new members receiving additional prizes and incentives for saving.
