The $278 million E&A Credit Union in Port Huron, Mich., played a big role in this year's Bay Rama FishFly pageant. The 33,200-member credit union provided a $500 scholarship to the new miss Bay Ray Rama and to each of her court chosen from among the 16 participants.
“We are proud to be a part of this community,” Jeremy Bevard, branch manager at the New Baltimore location on Main Street. “We love being at events like this and providing the different sponsorships and scholarships to the queen and her court.”
This was the second year for sponsoring the pageant scholarships and the festival fireworks for E&A CU, the largest credit union the Blue Water Area, has branches in Port Huron, Fort Gratiot, Marysville and New Baltimore.
