Colorado Springs Sky Sox catcher Lars Davis explains the finer points of playing ball to a group of nearly a hundred youngsters from Peterson Air Force Base, Fort Carson and the Fostering Hope program gathered on a recent Saturday for a baseball clinic at Sky Sox Security Service Field. The day's activities also included a motivational talk from Sky Sox Manager Glennallen Hill and then lunch and an afternoon at the ballgame. Sponsors included the $7.3 billion SSFCU, based in San Antonio, as well as Home Front Cares Inc. and the Sky Sox baseball team.
