The Golden 1 Credit Union of Sacramento, Calif., has named Richard Musci as senior vice president/chief lending officer.
Donna Bland, president/CEO of the $8.2 billion, 640,000-member credit union, announced the hiring last week.
Musci has more than 20 years of experience including former stints as vice president of retail banking at E*Trade Financial in Arlington, Va., and vice president and chief lending products officer at Charles Schwab Bank in Reno, Nev., according to the announcement, and he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and completed Harvard Business School's management program.
Musci replaces Charles Goss, who was recently named senior vice president/chief lending officer at the $7.2 billion, 928,000-member Security Service Federal Credit Union in San Antonio.
