The $451 million Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union in Clarksville, Tenn., joined with a a few other local businesses to offer the community the “Cruze to Salute Freedom” tour. The drive, featuring a vinyl-wrapped Chevrolet Cruze ripe for the signing, began on Memorial Day weekend and ran through Independence Day.
The “Freedom Cruze” was parked at the credit union's branches on post and in Clarksville and Hopkinsville, Ky., where members and others could write on the car their messages of thanks and encouragement to the troops.
