Two longtime executives of the $80 million, 14,000-member CTCE Federal Credit Union in Reading, Pa., are retiring this month and three other employees who are familiar faces to CTCE members are being promoted to fill the key positions left vacant by the retirements.

CEO Glenn Potteiger and Jerry Winchester, chief financial officer and controller, who have each served CTCE members for 24 years, both retired this week.

The credit union's new CEO is Cordy Kemmerer, who has worked at CTCE for 30 years. Other promotions include Patricia Shermot, who will be taking over as COO, and Kevin Wigoda, who will take the reins as CFO.

Dieter Czerny, chair of CTCE's Board of Directors, said he is confident in the new leadership, which has a total of 57 years of combined experience at CTCE, and he congratulated the departing management for their service and commitment to the credit union industry.

"We wish them well in their future endeavors and we have full confidence in the new leadership team," Czemy stated in a press release announcing the staff changes.
