Carol Minges has been named interim CEO at 1st Financial Federal Credit Union of St. Charles, Mo. She replaces Frank Nelson as CEO.
Minges took on the role of chief information officer at 1st Financial in July 2008.

Previously, Minges work for 11 years at FORUM Credit Union in Indianapolis, serving in several operations and technology roles, as well as five years with Arsenal Credit Union in St. Louis.
The credit union has 33,000 members and nearly $215 million in assets.
