PSCU has elected Angie Owens, president/CEO of the $5.7 billion American Airlines Federal Credit Union in Fort Worth, Texas, to its board of directors.

Owens had served for four years as an associate board member of payments CUSO PSCU in St. Petersburg, Fla.

She succeeds Hubert Hoosman, president/CEO of the $783 million Vantage Credit Union in Bridgeton, Mo., who retired from the CUSO's post in 2012, according to PSCU.

The CUSO also appointed Sean Rathjen, CEO of the $580 million Consumers Credit Union in Round Lake Beach, Ill., as an associate board member.

PSCU board members serve three-year terms after which they can be re-elected by a vote of the CUSO's member-owner credit unions, according to PSCU. Associate board members are appointed by the current board.
