Kostman, who joined RCU as an assistant branch manager at its Woodward office in 1998, will oversee consumer deposit services, the call center and all branch operations for the Eau Claire, St. Croix Valley and Minnesota regions, the credit union said. She was promoted from regional director of branch operations.

Soley joined RCU in 1999 and now will supervise the managers at 12 branches in the St. Croix Valley.
