Executive Compensation Solutions is looking to pay for the lowdown on executive compensation in credit unions, but not the survey participants themselves.

Instead, the Covina, Calif., firm will make a $10 donation to Credit Unions for Kid – the credit union industry's fundraising program for the Children's Miracle Network hospitals —for each credit union that responds to its 10th annual pay and benefits survey.

The Survey: Employee & Executive Compensation & Benefits Survey for the Credit Union Movement is intended to provide statistical and peer group data for credit unions to use to design “compensation and benefit plans for key value creators that are meaningful, reasonable, and competitive,” the company said in its call for participants.

“The Survey has become a valuable resource for credit union boards when designing appropriate compensation philosophies and practices that serve to attract, retain and reward leadership talent,” Marketing Director Erin Tuckerman said in the ECS announcement.

Credit unions wishing to participate in the 2013 survey can access it online.
