Beverly Zook has been promoted to president/CEO of the $107 million Money One Federal Credit Union in Largo, Md., effective July 1.
She succeeds Debra Connors, who plans to retire from Money One on June 30, the 12,700-member credit union said.
Zook is vice president of member service and was CEO of KC Councils FCU when it merged into Money One in 2009.
"I am very proud to be selected as the next CEO for Money One, a credit union with a long history of serving members and potential members of our employer groups. I look forward to continuing to help our members realize their financial dreams," Zook said in the Maryland credit union's announcement.
Founded in 1951, Money One FCU serves employees of Safeway stores and affiliates and more than 100 100 area employers and associations.
