Saturday, May 18, was Helmet Safety Day for the $474 million IC Federal Credit Union in collaboration with the Ryan Joubert Memorial Foundation and the local police in Fitchburg, Mass. More than 100 helmets were presented and a car wash was held, with $275 going to the foundation created in the memory of a 16-year-old high school student killed in an automobile accident in 2000.

“Helmet safety is a concern for everyone,” said Angela Alansky, IC Parkhill manager, “and we are very proud to be able to honor Ryan Joubert's memory by assisting his parents in spreading the word about helmet safety.”
