Two more Minnesota credit unions have committed to the CU*BASE core processing platform from CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Mich., CUSO said Friday.

They are the $20 million Wakota FCU in South St. Paul and the $28 million Toro Employees FCU in Bloomington.

Wakota FCU is set to convert in August, CU*Answers said, while Toro Employees is scheduled for May 2014. Each credit union has about 3,600 members and they join two others in the state that have recently converted or committed to CU*BASE: the $109 million Building Trades CU in Maple Grove and the $181 million Lake State FCU in Moose Lake.

Wakota FCU currently is on a Fiserv CUSA platform while Toro Employees runs on UltraData from Harland Financial Solutions, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.

CU*Answers said 172 credit unions now are using CU*BASE or have committed to a conversion.
