May 1st marks a few leadership changes at VISIONS Federal Credit Union.
Tyrone Muse, former chief financial officer at the $3.4 billion Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., has been named the new president/CEO of the Endicott, N.Y.-based credit union.
Muse succeeds longtime President/CEO Frank Berrish, who officially began his first day of retirement.
A Credit Union House Hall of Fame inductee, Berrish has helped VISIONS grow from $25 million in assets to an over $3.2 billion financial institution.
Muse has been credited with many of HVFCU's initiatives surrounding investment returns, financial performance, and diversity.
Prior to joining HVFCU, he served as finance manager at G.E. Asset Management and as business assurance manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
