Four employees of the $800 million St. Anne's Credit Union in Fall River, Mass., helped raise more than $700 at the recent “Miles for SMILES” walk/run/bike/skate-a-thon event at UMass Dartmouth. SMILES is the SouthCoast Mentoring Initiative for Learning, Education, and Service (SMILES), a one-on-one mentoring program for at-risk youth. Five St. Anne's employees currently serve as volunteer mentors in the program.
