The $31 million Montgomery County Credit Union in Dayton, Ohio, has named a new interim leader.
Assistant Manager Sylvia Minnifield has been named the new acting CEO, replacing Lori Tieman, who served as CEO of the credit union since 2003.
According to Montgomery County CU Board Chairman Michael Buchanan, the move has been part of a restructuring effort to better meet member demands and the credit union hopes to have a new CEO and CFO in place by the end of next month.
The 7,400-member credit union lost $208,492 in 2012, according to its 5300 Call Report.
