Roadside assistance provider Credit Union Auto Club is the latest program added to Invest in America's partnership lineup.
Invest in America was launched in 2008 after a conversation between General Motors executives and representatives from the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates.
The program is administered by CU Solutions Group, a league affiliate. Members nationwide receive savings on products and services offered by partnering U.S. companies, including General Motors.
Credit Union Auto Club was created exclusively for credit union members and offers roadside assistance services and other benefits, according to the Michigan league.
Credit unions can earn marketing reimbursements when they offer CUAC to their members. Services include emergency roadside assistance, fuel delivery, flat tire repair reimbursement, emergency lockout and emergency ambulance expense, traffic court defense and legal fees related to traffic accidents.
Invest in America's partnerships include Sprint, Intuit's TurboTax, Dell and DIRECTV, according to the league.
Nearly 3,500 credit unions across the country, representing over 80% of credit union members, now support Invest in America, according to the Michigan league.
