One of the NFL's most famous quarterbacks, Joe Montana, will be the opening keynote speaker at NACUSO's annual conference in Las Vegas on April 17.

Montana will share his lessons of preparation, teamwork and performance under pressure as well as what it takes to motivate credit unions and CUSOs, how to focus on the goal, and how to deliver for members, NACUSO said.

Montana and the San Francisco 49ers won four Super Bowls and three times he was the championship game's MVP. He also won more than 70% of the games he started during his 16-year career and is the all-time NFL leader in quarterback ratings.

Montana retired from professional football in 1995 and he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received a bachelor's degree in marketing, Montana now lives with his family in California.

NACUSO's annual conference will take place April 16-19 at the Encore Las Vegas.
